guys the ppor guy was locked up for years for suposed fraud ... though noone ever claimed to have been defrauded . This judge was bought and serious lobbies are supressing this .. however in France you can buy the commercial version and i myself have the only english website regarding the ecopra kit . 20y ago a volkwagen owner used to put 50% water in his gas tank, here in Brazil. A local newspaper did a article on him. There were some metalic tubes running from the fuel tank to the exhaust pipes and back. I remember I thought that this invention was 'The future'. What happened? He moved to n unknown location 2 weeks later and we still using gasoline and ethanol... maybe it was too early then to evolve like that.. Scharlau Village in Neu Hamburg, Brazil, about 1980.
